Paula is the Human Resources and Finance Leader at Semro Henry, where she has been a dedicated team member since the firm’s inception. Having grown with the firm, Paula has taken on key leadership roles, always striving to exemplify Semro Henry’s core values. Passionate about helping others, she finds fulfillment in supporting her colleagues and contributing to their success. Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Joey, their children, and grandchildren.
