Jeffrey M. Stopar practices in the areas of civil litigation, including trust and probate litigation, real estate, zoning, local government and business law. He also has extensive experience in adversary proceedings before a variety of administrative agencies, including many local zoning boards, the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Appeals Board, the Ohio Department of Health and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. He has successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court as well as other appellate courts throughout Ohio. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in both Ohio and Indiana.
Jeff graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law and received a B.A. in Economics cum laude from the University of Akron.
Jeff is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association. He is also a proud graduate of Leadership Toledo and served as its Board President.
