Jeffrey M. Stopar practices in the areas of civil litigation, including trust and probate litigation, real estate, zoning, local government and business law. He also has extensive experience in adversary proceedings before a variety of administrative agencies, including many local zoning boards, as well as state and federal agencies. He has successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court as well as other appellate courts throughout Ohio. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts. Jeff graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law and received a B.A. in Economics cum laude from the University of Akron. Jeff is a proud graduate of Leadership Toledo and served as its Board President. He is an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams, especially the Browns. Jeff is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Indiana.
